Alphazet Calendar

1. It is the modified version of proposed international fixed calendar with alignment with current civil calendar. International fixed calendar has 364 days (13 months with 28 days). Additional days does not have weekdays. But it is not practically possible. In New international calendar, 365 or 366 days are included.

2. In this calendar, 12 months are unique (28 days exactly 4 weeks). Additional month has 29 days in normal and 30 days in leap.

3. To synchronize with current civil calendar, second month is kept as leap month.

4. Month names are derived from Greek letters. 1. ANU – Jan 1

2. BEO – Jan 29 [29 or 30 days]

3. CIP – Feb 27 /28*

4. DEQ – Mar 27

5. ERO – Apr 24

6. FIS – May 22

7. GAT – June 19

8. HUP – July 17

9. IVO – Aug 14

10. JAW – Sep 11

11. KIX – Oct 9

12. LAY – Nov 6

13. MEZ- Dec 4

Some important Dates:

Vernal Equinox – CIP 23

Summer Solstice – GAT 4

Autumn Equinox – JAW

Winter Solstice – MEZ 18

In this calendar, 12 months are in equal length. Plan and schedule will be very easier.

First Quarter – 91/92 days (ANU 1)

Second Quarter – 91 days (DEQ 7)

Third Quarter – 91 days (GAT 14)

Fourth Quarter – 92 Days (JAW 21)

Q1: ANUDEQ

Q2: DEQGAT

Q3: GATJAW

Q4: JAWMEZ
