Tropical Zodiac 
Solar = 365.2421875
Lunar = 27.321582

Ratio = 13.368266
Sidereal Zodiac
Solar = 365.2564
Lunar = 27.321661
Ratio = 

13.368796.
As per ratio, we assume 13 full lunations occur in a year. So we create 13 month calendar of 28 days each. one day is added in the last month to count 365 days.

Months are formed by 26 alphabets.
