Universal Calendar

Modified version of Gregorian Calendar to a standard 13 month form. Current Gregorian calendar has 28,29,30 and 31 calendar in complex structure.

We modify the structure into unique 28 days. In a year 13 cycles of 28 days gives 364 days. Remaining one or two days are added as leap days like newton day and einstein day.
